Delivery and pickup: How it works
At a hotel:
- We can deliver your wheelchair to the hotel bell desk either the evening before or the day of your rental, depending on the hotel's policy. Not checked in yet? No problem! We can leave the wheelchair at the bell desk under your reservation name for easy pickup at your convenience. (Tip: Please include your hotel reservation name in the "notes" section of the checkout form).
- If your hotel does not permit vendors to leave rental items, we will contact you to arrange an in-person drop-off and pickup.
- When you're ready to return the wheelchair, just leave it with the bell desk or front desk, and we’ll retrieve it the evening your rental ends. Simple and convenient!
At a residence or an AirBnB:
- We can deliver your wheelchair rental to any residence within our service area. If you're unsure whether your location is within our delivery zone, just enter the delivery address in the reservation form, and we'll confirm if we can deliver there.
- We typically deliver the wheelchair the evening before or the morning of your rental start date. If you prefer a morning delivery, let us know in the "Special Instructions" section on the reservation form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
At a theme park, airport, cruise ship or specific destination:
- Need a wheelchair delivered to Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Studios, an airport, rental car counter, cruise terminal, or another specific location? No problem! Just specify the drop-off and pickup times in the "Special Instructions" section of the reservation form, and we’ll coordinate the delivery.
