Excellent service and communication! They are always reachable. Customer service is excellent as they are willing to help with any concerns. They also punctual on their equipment delivery, set up and pick up. I also noticed that they are the only service I found that allows for short term rentals. This is so important! They have given my family from abroad the capacity to come visit us for a few days and I appreciate that they have been a big factor in making visiting family able to travel and visit us here in YVR. I will not hesitate to contact them right away should I need their services again!

We rented an electric mobility scooter from Seventh Chakra for my grandmother, who was visiting from out of town, and had a wonderful experience. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful: patiently helping me choose the right equipment and walking me through the online booking process step by step. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies, and I really appreciated the flexibility of either picking up and dropping off the scooter ourselves or having it delivered for a fee. The scooter itself was very clean, in excellent condition, and fully charged. We rented it for three days, and thanks to the scooter, my grandmother was able to comfortably enjoy outings to VanDusen Botanical Garden and the riverside walk in Steveston. We had such a great time that we’d likely opt for a 7-day rental next time if the opportunity arises. One small thing to note: if you choose to pick up or drop off the equipment yourself, staff may be out on deliveries and no one may be on site, so it’s important to stick closely to the agreed-upon time. We had a minor miscommunication around this, but the staff were very understanding and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend Seventh Chakra for mobility scooter rentals and would absolutely use their services again. Equipment: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Price: 10/10

The delivery of the wheelchair was well worth renting from this company. Trevor handled the delivery with absolute professionalism and kindness. Chandan Sandhu handled the pick up and that too was handled with kindness and professionalism. He also allowed we d me to keep the chair longer than I needed. So a huge thanks goes out to these two and the company. The wheelchair was used primarily for a tour of Butchart Gardens and Victoria and the battery used very little battery that didn’t lose a green light.

I had a such a great experience with the team from Seventh Chakra, with a special shoutout to Trevor. The rental rate for a folding powerchair was very reasonable and after I paid upfront, there were no surprise fees or additional deposits expected in order to actually use the rental. My trip to Vancouver was vastly improved by having that as a resource, I was able to actually do things and explore the city on my own without having to Uber every 3 blocks. Pickup and drop off was really easy, especially when I was running late (Vancouver traffic is no joke). I will absolutely be renting from them again if I find myself back in Vancouver.

I rented a mobility scooter for my mother’s visit and could not be happier with the level of customer service we received - as well as a scooter that helped us enjoy her stay so very much. I had the team drop off and pick up the scooter from my home and it was simple and on time. Service with a smile and tender care. Would recommend to everyone looking for anything this business has to offer. Seriously. In a world where so many businesses try to make an extra buck, that’s not what they’re doing. I gave back the scooter with a crack in the fender that I wasn’t sure was there or not before we got it and the gentleman didn’t even bat an eye. No problem at all, he said. “Nothing to worry about”. For real, rent from here!
