Our Story

Seventh Chakra Medical was founded with a straightforward mission: when someone comes home from the hospital or needs equipment urgently, they shouldn't have to wait days or navigate complicated procurement processes. We built a local, responsive service that delivers the right equipment to the right person — the same day, set up properly, at a fair price.

Operating out of Richmond, BC, we serve patients, families, hotels, cruise ship passengers, and healthcare facilities across the Greater Vancouver area. Our team handles everything from wheelchairs and hospital beds to mobility scooters — rented by the week or month, or sold outright.

The name reflects our philosophy: the seventh chakra is associated with the crown — clarity, connection, and wellbeing. We believe every person deserves to move through recovery and daily life with dignity, and quality equipment is part of that.

Why "Seventh Chakra"?

In holistic tradition, the seventh chakra represents the highest level of consciousness — complete wellbeing of mind, body, and spirit. We chose this name because our work isn't just about renting equipment; it's about supporting recovery, independence, and quality of life.

Every wheelchair we deliver, every hospital bed we set up, every scooter we service represents one more person gaining back the ability to live on their own terms. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Where We Serve

We are based in Richmond, BC, and provide same-day and next-day delivery across the entire Greater Vancouver region including Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, and Langley.

We also provide equipment to hotel guests, cruise ship passengers arriving or departing from Canada Place, and short-term visitors who need mobility support during their stay in BC.
