A standard wheelchair typically accommodates users up to 250 lbs with an 18" seat width. A bariatric wheelchair is reinforced to support 300–500+ lbs with a wider seat (20–24"). If the user is over 250 lbs or requires extra seat width for comfort, we recommend a bariatric model. Let us know your requirements and we'll match you with the right chair.

Yes. We regularly deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, and short-term accommodations across Greater Vancouver. We can also deliver to cruise terminals at Canada Place for passengers who need equipment during their stay. Just provide the address and hotel name when booking.

We handle pickup at your door — you don't need to transport anything. Simply call us when you're ready to return the equipment and we'll schedule a convenient pickup window. We offer the same Monday–Saturday 9 AM–6 PM windows for pickups as we do for deliveries.
