Same-day delivery available Monday–Saturday. No deposit required. We serve Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta & Langley from our Richmond warehouse.
Large installs — flat fee (delivery + installation)
Includes carry-in, assembly, safety check, and up to 20 minutes of orientation. Flat $250 for any address within 15 km of our Richmond warehouse. Beyond 15 km, call us for a custom quote.

Small items — per-way fee
Delivery and pickup are each billed at the per-way rate below. When a small item is delivered at the same time as a large install, it rides free. Beyond 20 km, call us for a custom quote.

How we calculate your fee
Any large install on the order → flat $250 (within 15 km); small items added to the same visit ride free.
Small items only → per-way charge applies to both delivery and pickup separately.
Beyond the distance limit → call us for a custom quote before booking.
Orders placed before noon qualify for same-day delivery, Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM. We provide a 2-hour window and call 30 minutes before arrival.
Frequently Asked Questions About Delivery
How is distance calculated?
We use straight-line distance from our Richmond warehouse to your delivery address. If you are close to the 15 km or 20 km boundary, we will confirm by phone.
Do you charge a deposit?
No. We do not require any deposit for rentals. You pay at the time of delivery.
What's included in the large install fee?
The $250 flat fee covers carry-in, assembly, a safety check, and up to 20 minutes of orientation for you or your caregiver.
Do small items like wheelchairs ride free with a hospital bed?
Yes. When a small item is delivered to the same address at the same time as a large install, it is included at no extra charge.

Absolutely. We specialise in deliveries to hotels, cruise terminals, and temporary accommodations across Metro Vancouver. Call ahead so we can coordinate with the front desk.
